COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robo Cylinder RCP2-SA6C-I-42P-6-100-P1-P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rotac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robohand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rotac such as the LP76 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DLB25BB3V manufactured by Robohand and we are pleased to be able to service most Robohand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0751AM2E5B by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rotork Brand SB6422 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ross such as W676B447Z equipment made by Ross have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ross products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ross" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CD2A22A1JB4K5M6S2 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 3051CA2A22A1AB4S0 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DLB25NB6 by Robohand and W676B447Z spares by Ross are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3051S1TG2A2B11F1AA01B44K5M5Q4Q8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
